Matías Zanolli
Software engineer, 15+ years. I work where sound, systems and data meet — audio restoration and mastering, AI pipelines, and reverse-engineering hardware from before most of it was documented.

Fifteen years of turning mate into code.
I started out scraping the web for a living and never really stopped pulling things apart. Most of my career has been Python and data — backends, pipelines, architecture — with a steady drift toward the parts of computing where the abstraction runs out: DSP, assembly, engine internals.
These days I split my time between audio — restoration, mastering, anything that turns a bad recording into a listenable one — and AI systems that have to survive contact with real users. On the side I write Rust and take apart 1990s consoles, which is the same job with worse documentation.
I've been a CTO twice. It mainly taught me that the title doesn't get you out of writing the hard parts yourself.

Say hello.
Interesting audio problems, systems work, or anything that needs someone comfortable at the bottom of the stack — I'd like to hear about it.
Hidden until you ask for it — the address is never in the page source, so crawlers walk away empty-handed.
